The Liberal government unveiled $21.1 billion in new spending in its Fall Economic Statement, FES, Monday detailing how it will invest new money in border security, the GST tax break and other measures. The FES also contained smaller nuggets of information regarding lesser known policy decisions and economic measures on a range of issues.
